Dual simulation protocol Duo stim is the method where women simulation is done twice in the same menstrual cycle specifically in women with poor ovarian reserve in order to increase the number of oocytes obtained. The protocol is based on on the understanding that even a single menstrual cycle multiple waves of follicle recruitment happen thus giving us the opportunity to do ovarian stimulation not only in follicular phase but a luteal phase is well. The course describes in detail regarding the right choice of patients in the Poseidon group for implementing dual stimulation, intricacies of of doing it and the evidence supporting it.
